Compared to hotels, our fully equipped apartments are cosier, less sterile and not “off the rack”.
They offer more privacy and options for individual use: guests can bring their own food, cook for themselves or even just prepare small snacks and are not dependent on catering establishments for every meal.
Often, the “temporary home” also offers washing facilities and is therefore ideal for work-related stays of one or more weeks, which would be a pain in a hotel room.
Compared to hotels, holiday apartments are therefore usually much more practical and cheaper – and are often booked several times by our guests.
We are primarily looking for properties at our existing locations in Berlin, Magdeburg and Leipzig.
But we are also interested in new locations!
